Based - Tywyn - Brighter Foods

This full-time position offers 37.5 hours per week, 

Job Description:

The role will be working within the manufacturing team with real growth potential for THG Nutrition & Wellness. The right candidate will manage a number of telesales customers at Brighter Foods  as well as being the first port of call for new customer enquiries. 

The Role:

  • Take responsibility for an individual portfolio of customers - ensuring that company profitability, customer requirements and individual growth targets are met.
  • Establish and proactively manage customer relationships to gain a strong level understanding of their business.
  • Continual evaluation of customer order levels and product mix to ensure budgets are achieved / exceeded each month
  • Provide the business with accurate rolling weekly sales outlook and proactive plans to gap fill as part of the weekly KPI review meeting
  • Be the first point of contact for all new business enquiries and initial follow up direct with the customer.
  • Proactive targeting of new business potential customers.

Requirements:

  • Office based role FMCG food & drink experience is a strong advantage
  • Microsoft office programmes use experience.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and deliver results in fast paced, dynamic environment;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and creative abilities
  • Outstanding written/verbal communication and presentation skills;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Good interpersonal skills;
