Marketplace Manager – Amazon

Location: THG Icon, 7-9 Sunbank Ln, Altrincham WA15 0AF

We are recruiting for an experienced Marketplace Manager to join THG Nutrition Division. As well as our iconic Myprotein Brand you will also working with the Myvitamins, Myvegan and Exante portfolios. Across all our brands we have incredibly ambitious, exciting, and innovative plans to grow further online, and we are looking for a Marketplace Manager to join the team to help us achieve these. Reporting into the Head of Marketplaces and working closely with a range of internal teams you will be tasked with ensuring the company’s profit and volume objectives are successfully met.

Key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

  • Being able to build strong relationships and interface across multiple functions both internally and externally whilst supporting within the commercial team
  • Proactively creating and running internal and external reports using a range of systems, analysing external data and insights databases
  • Oversee overall Amazon output - commercial and operational aspects
  • Coordinate between various departments involved in account
  • Chair meetings and ensure follow-ups
  • Support senior manager in driving growth and develop strategy
  • Generate KPI’s and analyse output and data
  • Fully manage the online ordering site
  • Ensure catalogue is up-to-date and accurate
  • Develop upsell options and refresh marketing and creative content
  • Generate KPI’s and analyse output and data

The successful candidate:

  • Have a working knowledge of Microsoft packages i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook whilst being able to demonstrate your already established analytical skills
  • Not be afraid to challenge when needed. This is important we want different perspectives and ideas!
  • Minimum 2 years experience of Amazon platform essential
  • Additional experience with other in-house or public digital platforms preferable
  • Candidate should have experience of communicating with and coordination of multiple departments within a business • Has experience and understanding of both commercial and operational functions
  • Strong communication skills essential
