Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute the overarching media sales strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.

· Continuously evaluate market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the industry.

· Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.

· Drive revenue growth by overseeing and optimizing the sales process.

· Cultivate and maintain key client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

· Stay informed about the latest media products and advertising solutions.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the THG's media sales footprint.

· Personally engage with key clients, nurturing relationships and understanding their evolving needs.

· Report on the status of sales processes regarding both existing and potential customers

· Deliver high levels of customer relationship management, satisfaction and interaction

 

Experience:

· Demonstrable experience within the Media Sales Landscape

· A minimum of 4 years of sales experience D to C

· Comfortable building relationships with clients and creating value-driven proposals across multiple channels

· Strong influencer with exceptional negotiation and communication skills

· Ability to network and build senior client relationships
