About the Division

THG Media is responsible for creating content that grows audiences and then monetizing these eyeballs and communities through advertisement. The brands within this division produce content across a number of verticals (News, Classifieds, Beauty, Fitness, Film & TV) and connects the right advertisers to a connected user base.


  • Oversee the setup, launch, and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns on our websites
  • Coordinate and manage the execution of digital advertising campaigns across various publishing platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and newsletters.
  • Oversee ad trafficking processes, including the scheduling, placement, and rotation of ads across digital properties.
  • Collaborate with advertisers and creative teams to ensure the timely delivery and proper formatting of ad creatives.
  • Implement and manage ad creative testing and optimization strategies to improve engagement and performance.
  • Evaluate and implement ad serving technologies and platforms to streamline ad operations processes and enhance monetization opportunities.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that ads comply with industry standards and publisher guidelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for advertising clients and agencies regarding campaign setup, performance, and optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales, editorial, product, and technical teams to align advertising initiatives with overall business objectives and audience engagement strategies.
  • Analyse ad performance data, including impressions, clicks, and revenue, to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Generate regular reports and insights for internal stakeholders and advertisers to demonstrate campaign effectiveness and ROI.


  • Experience in AdOperations
  • Demonstrable experience within the programmatic display landscape
  • Comfortable building relationships with clients and creating value-driven proposals across multiple channels
  • Strong influencer with exceptional negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to network and build senior client relationships
