The role:

Help drive Myprotein’s ecommerce growth across Asia through online trading, marketing campaigns and localised customer experiences. Working closely with senior leaders, marketing colleagues and the Asia territory team, you’ll support trading strategies, coordinate product launches and promotions, and use performance data to improve conversion, sales and profitability.

This role combines commercial analysis, campaign execution and brand building. You’ll bring an understanding of local consumer trends, fluency in Mandarin and proficiency in reading and writing Traditional Chinese, alongside a passion for fitness and nutrition, to help grow Myprotein’s presence in the region.

Role Key Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with senior leaders to refine and execute ecommerce trading and marketing strategies.  
• Assist in managing trading calendars, ensuring website assets and offers updates align with sales KPIs.   
• Monitor key site metrics such as GP, Conversion Rate, Bounce Rate, AOV, and traffic performance.   
• Utilise analytics tools to understand the customer journey, optimise performance, and shape strategy.   
• Strategically plan product launches and promotional campaigns, collaborating with the marketing team.   
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting on KPIs, ensuring stock forecasts align with sales targets.   
• Able to build strong relationships externally & internally, and leverage these to drive business value 
• Collaborate with the Asia territory team to deliver a brand-building plan for Myprotein Asia 

Requirements 

• D2C website ecommerce experience, with a strong focus on online trading and performance optimisation or similar sales-driving experience 
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (Reading & Writing Traditional Chinese) 
• Strong attention to detail, excellent planning and organisational skills, and the ability to deliver campaigns on time with a high standard of execution. 
• Proficient in using analytics tools to understand and enhance the customer journey.   
• University degree, ideally in a relevant discipline - Marketing / Communications / PR / Digital etc 
• A genuine passion for fitness, nutrition and interest in the brand and products 
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to calculate and forecast for onsite promotions.   
• A strong understanding of the local market, with the ability to quickly identify industry and consumer trends and translate them into high quality, high converting localisation that drives local sales. 
• A proactive, analytical, and strategic approach to problem-solving.   
• Strong collaboration skills to work across teams and with senior leadership
