
How we hire
Every stage of our process is designed to do two things: understand what you're capable of and show you what working here is actually like.
We assess three things throughout - your attitude, your capability, and how you work with others. We'll also be looking at how you align with the THG DNA: the behaviours and mindset that define how we operate here.
Everyone who gets a first stage interview will meet a Culture Carrier – someone who lives and breathes our DNA. This is your opportunity to ask questions and decide if THG is the right environment for you.

Our commitments
1. You'll know the full process before you start it.
2. Every candidate is assessed against the same structured criteria.
3. You'll spend real time with the people you'd actually work with.
4. You'll hear back within 48 hours of your final stage (excluding Executive Hires).
5. If you've spent time with our team and are unsuccessful, we'll tell you why.
We don't have a perfect process. But we take it seriously, and we respect the time you put in.
