Why be a Sales Executive at THG Beauty?
As a Sales Executive, you’ll drive revenue growth by building and strengthening relationships with 8-10 customer brands. You’ll act as a trusted partner, guiding product development from concept to launch, representing Bentley at industry events, and staying ahead of beauty and skincare trends.
Reporting to the Director of Sales and working within a dynamic five-person national sales team, this role is key to advancing Bentley’s reputation as a customer-focused, technology-driven partner.
As a Sales Executive, you’ll:
- Serve as the dedicated growth architect for your portfolio, ensuring Bentley Labs is the first choice for every new launch.
- Identify “what’s next” in beauty and skincare trends to help clients develop market-leading products.
- Collaborate with R&D to translate technical breakthroughs into successful product launches.
- Work closely with Sales, R&D, and Operations teams to ensure every project is delivered with precision.
- Partner with leadership to turn new prospects into long-term brand partners.
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
- BS/BA degree (preferably Engineering, Chemistry, or Biology).
- 2-5 years of field sales experience, ideally in product development or manufacturing.
- Ability to understand both sales data and manufacturing constraints.
- Strategic thinker with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Bias for action and a collaborative mindset, able to build rapport with both chemists and executives.
