At Myprotein, being a Country Manager means leading one of the world’s largest online sports nutrition brands within a fast-paced, innovative ecommerce ecosystem. You will own and drive the overall strategy and performance for the Danish market, with full accountability for trading, growth, and brand presence.
Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll shape the market strategy, leverage advanced tools and insights, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class results. This role offers strong ownership, visibility, and clear progression opportunities within a global, high-growth business.
As a Country Manager, you will:
- Take full ownership of the Myprotein Denmark ecommerce business, including P&L, sales performance, and strategic growth
- Define and execute the ecommerce and trading strategy for the Danish market
- Monitor and optimise key site metrics including GP, Conversion Rate, Bounce Rate, AOV, Exit Rates, and Traffic (new vs returning)
- Use analytics and in-house reporting tools to understand customer behaviour, optimise the user journey, and drive performance
- Lead and implement the influencer marketing strategy for Norway, including ownership and expansion of the influencer database
- Drive brand awareness through localised campaigns, partnerships, and creative initiatives
- Collaborate with central digital marketing teams to identify new opportunities to grow traffic and improve performance across all channels
- Identify and execute innovative strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones
- Oversee pricing, promotions, and commercial planning to ensure profitability and achievement of GP targets
- Own CRM strategy and lifecycle marketing initiatives to grow and engage the Danish customer base
- Align monthly and quarterly commercial targets with trading plans and campaign activity
- Ensure best-in-class website merchandising, including optimisation of banners, landing pages, category pages, and product pages
- Work cross-functionally with design, content, and product teams to deliver a high-quality, localised customer experience
- Identify new growth opportunities and continuously improve brand positioning and market share in Denmark
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
- Fluent Danish and English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or online trading—ideally with ownership of a market or P&L
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
- Commercial mindset with experience managing pricing, promotions, and revenue growth
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Highly results-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with influencer marketing and CRM strategies is advantageous
- Knowledge of the nutrition, fitness, or wellness industry is a plus
