Role: Sales Support Associate - CPG
Brand: Myprotein
Location: Lower Manhattan, New York City
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum dependant on experience

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Admin Executive to support the commercial and sales team within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector. This role will be responsible for coordinating administrative processes, managing sales data, supporting key account activities, and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day operations that drive revenue growth. The Sales Admin Executive will act as a critical link between sales, supply chain, finance, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Administration
· Manage customer account setup (internal & external), onboarding documentation, and compliance requirements.
· Maintain accurate sales records, contracts, Product bibles and price lists.
· Support in entering information into internal portals, including raising invoices and customer price lists.
· Maintain customer master data and pricing in ERP/CRM systems.
· Run Monthly Broker commission reports, validating numbers and confirming the amount to be raised.
· Work closely with the B2B Ops team on order management.
· Manage Customer sample send-outs for both new and existing customers.
· Support in Retail event planning, such as Trade shows, Field Sales sampling and Line review.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership.
- Track promotional spend, trade investments, and ROI by channel and customer.
- Support in running reports from external providers such as SPINS
Customer & Key Account Support
- Support Key Account Managers with Customer paperwork such as New Item forms, Promotional forms & Product imagery
- Coordinate customer presentations, line reviews, and sales meeting materials.
- Act as a first point of contact for resolving customer queries
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Liaise with marketing for product launches, POS materials, and brand activation.
- Ensure alignment with finance on deductions, claims, and credit notes.
- Partner with the Sales Managers & supply chain on forecasting, inventory management.
- Work with internal data team & service providers to ensure timely & accurate reporting for internal reports
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative role (CPG or retail preferred).
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or equivalent).
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
