Why be an Affiliates Executive at THG Beauty? 

The Affiliates Executive is responsible for the growth of the affiliate channel and performance for Cult Beauty. The role will also support the Senior Affiliates Manager in executing the localised affiliate growth strategy.  

As Affiliates Executive you’ll:  

• Support the execution of the Cult Beauty affiliate strategy alongside the Senior Affiliate Manager.
• Work closely with trading teams and other marketing channels to support overall performance and campaign alignment.
• Assist with the implementation of promotional and campaign activity within the marketing calendar, ensuring affiliates are activated effectively.
• Coordinate and manage affiliate placements including publisher exposure, tenancy bookings, and commission updates.
• Support negotiations with publishers and partners to maximise exposure and ensure cost efficiency across the channel.
• Assist in the delivery of key campaigns across the affiliate channel, ensuring strong execution and timely activation.
• Monitor and report on channel performance against KPIs, supporting the identification of optimisation opportunities.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to ensure activities remain competitive and aligned with industry trends.
• Support the testing of new partnerships, technologies, and publishers to help drive channel innovation.

What skills and experience do I need for this role? 

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in an Affiliate Marketing or digital marketing role.
• Good understanding of the affiliate marketing landscape including publishers, content creators, and affiliate networks.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and support performance improvements.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Confident working with performance data and campaign reporting.
• Ability to build positive working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop within the affiliate channel
