- Drive profitable growth by optimising CPA, ROAS, new customer acquisition, and incrementality.
- Identify cost efficiencies and continuously refine commission structures and exposure strategies.
- Forecast, budget and track performance, ensuring delivery against monthly and quarterly targets.
- Lead trading plans around key moments (e.g., peak, launches, promotional events) to maximise visibility and returns.
Publisher & Partner Management
- Develop and own relationships with key publishers (content, cashback, loyalty, CSS, influencers, tech partners, card-linked offers).
- Negotiate commercial terms, tenancy placements, and bespoke campaigns to maximise ROI.
- Proactively recruit, onboard and activate new publishers and emerging technology partners to future-proof the channel.
- Leverage group-wide relationships within THG to unlock additional exposure and preferential terms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Regional Heads of Marketing and Performance teams to align affiliate activity with local strategies and trading priorities.
- Partner with CRM, Paid Media, Brand, and Commercial teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution.
- Ensure affiliate exposure supports broader campaign objectives, product launches, and brand initiatives.
Leadership & Team Development
- Directly manage two affiliate executives, setting clear objectives, supporting development, and driving accountability.
- Establish best-in-class processes, reporting frameworks, and ways of working across territories.
- Coach team members in negotiation, data analysis, and partner relationship management.
- Create a high-performance, commercially driven culture within the affiliate team.
Data, Insight & Optimisation
- Analyse performance data to identify growth opportunities, risks, and optimisation levers.
- Deliver regular reporting with actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
- Assess incrementality and partner value, ensuring spend is allocated efficiently.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends across UK and EU markets.
What skills and experience do I need for this role?

- Strong understanding of the European publisher landscape (content, cashback, loyalty, CSS, influencer, tech).
- Experience working with affiliate networks and tracking platforms.
