Why be a Senior Affiliates Executive at THG Beauty? 

The Senior Affiliates Executive is responsible for the growth of the affiliate channel and performance for Cult Beauty. The role will also support the Senior Affiliates Manager in executing the localised affiliate growth strategy.  

As a Senior Affiliates Executive, you’ll:  

• Supporting the execution of the Cult Beauty affiliate strategy alongside the Senior Affiliate Manager. 

• Collaborate with trading teams and other key channels to support overall performance. 

• Align exposure to planned promotional and campaign activity within the marketing calendar, together with proactively advising on additional tactics to support regional targets. 

• Negotiate and book affiliate spend and exposure to drive efficiencies across the channel, including publisher commission optimisations, content creation and tenancy agreements. 

• Have ownership of key campaigns and executional excellence in delivery across the channel. 

• Monitor and analyse performance against KPIs and ROI, continually suggesting and implementing optimisations for ongoing growth. 

• Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research to ensure activities are in line with the industry, surfacing new and market leading initiatives to lead through exposure and engagement.
  
  
• Implement the latest industry technologies, trialling new partnerships and detecting new opportunities to drive innovation and experimentation.
    
• Identify new opportunities to drive digital excellence in retail, optimising existing relationships and identifying new partnerships with key affiliate networks to accelerate brand recognition and preference.

What skills and experience do I need for this role? 

• Minimum 2 years in an Affiliate Marketing role. 

• Expert understanding of the affiliate landscape including publishers, advertisers, content creators and affiliate networks. 

• Highly analytical and commercially driven, striving for digital excellence.  

• Able to take accountability of projects and deadlines. 

• Comfortable and confident under pressure and results driven, identifying opportunities and risks. 

• Confident working with targets and data. 

• Ability to form good working relationships with internal teams and external partners. 

• Strong negotiation skills to ensure cost efficiency and optimum exposure across the channel.
