As Paid Social Manager, you’ll:
- Utilise data-driven insights to enhance campaign performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Oversee all aspects of account management and optimisation, including campaign structure, keyword research, bidding, ad copywriting, and testing.
- Continuously optimise campaigns to meet revenue and ROI targets.
- Conduct competitor research and analysis to inform strategy.
- Perform regular reporting and analysis to demonstrate impact and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Manage direct reports, provide training, and facilitate knowledge sharing across teams.
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing media activity from strategy to execution and evaluation across paid media.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and data analysis.
- Strong financial and analytical abilities, including budgeting and performance review.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear direction and guidance.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Self-motivated, driven, and adaptable in a dynamic, agile environment.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think outside the box and make key decisions early.
