The Digital Activation Executive role at THG Beauty sits within the Retail Media structure. Within the Digital Activation function we work closely with brand marketing leads, buying, trading, core performance channels & design to execute brand-funded mix-media campaigns. The role gives an incredible insight into performance marketing, influencer marketing, retail & eCommerce, with exposure to external brand marketing planning. The Digital Activation team are THG ambassadors & media experts. The advertised position activates across Cult Beauty & Dermstore.
As Paid Media Executive, you’ll:
- Campaign Activation, Optimisation & Reporting:
Own the end-to-end delivery of omnichannel digital campaigns (on-site & paid media), ensuring best-in-class execution and measurable performance outcomes. - Media Expertise:
Serve as a key point of contact for internal & external contacts, providing digital activation insights & recommendations. - Influencer & Content Strategy Alignment:
Collaborate closely with the influencer team to create scalable, high-impact content that can be repurposed across paid and owned channels. - Budget Ownership & Forecasting:
Own and manage the delivery of significant brand media budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting, optimal investment allocation, and ongoing ROI improvements. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Act as a key connector between marketing, trading, design, and performance teams to ensure seamless and impactful campaign delivery.

- Effective communication and presenting skills, both face-to-face and written.
- Detail and process oriented
- Ability to work under pressure in a super-fast paced environment
- 6months+ work experience in media / digital marketing role a bonus
