As Influencer Manager – Netherlands, you’ll:

Recruit, onboard, and manage a high-performing roster of influencers across the Netherlands, ensuring alignment with THG Nutrition & Wellness’ values and target audience.
Collaborate with influencers to develop engaging, authentic content tailored to the Dutch market.
Build and maintain strong influencer relationships to support long-term brand partnerships.
Monitor influencer performance metrics, analyse campaign data, and optimise strategies to maximise ROI.
Manage the Dutch influencer marketing budget effectively, driving efficiency and impact.
Stay up-to-date with cultural trends, market insights, and evolving influencer marketing practices in the Netherlands.

What skills and experience do I need for this role?

Proven experience in influencer marketing (3+ years) with a track record of delivering performance-driven campaigns.
Strong understanding of the Dutch fitness and wellness market, including cultural nuances and consumer behaviours.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
Strong project management experience and ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
