Why be a Brand Marketing Executive at GLOSSYBOX?
At GLOSSYBOX you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the UK strategy. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where you’ll use creativity to deliver best-in class marketing and brand strategies You will be responsible for supporting the fulfilment of our annual campaign marketing plans, with delivery of creative and bringing activations to life in line with our commercial targets.
As a Brand Marketing Executive you will;
- Support on the development and execution of monthly and limited-edition campaign strategies that align with commercial objectives and customer needs
- Work with our creative agency to deliver campaigns, from conception to shoot though to activation
- Ensure the fulfilment of all BAU marketing and trading assets for all sites aligned with the key campaigns, including monthly photography and artwork banners to support key trading and marketing moments
- Oversee the completion of brand partner reports and subscriber surveys, ensuring these are delivering actionable insights for our beauty brand partners
- Support in the delivery of partnership marketing services, maintaining strong relationships with our partner brands
- Explore and identify opportunities to help improve the output of marketing campaigns
- Upkeep of brand calendars and schedule of channel activity

What skills and experience do I need for this role?
Requirements:
- Good project management and negotiation skills
- Able to prioritise, structure work and effectively manage time
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively convey strategies, results, and brand vision to stakeholders
- Able to problem solve
- Advantage: Previous experience/interest within the beauty industry
