Why be a Brand & Campaign Manager at GLOSSYBOX?
At GLOSSYBOX you’ll have the opportunity to shape and execute the UK strategy. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where you’ll use creativity, project management and data-driven insights to deliver best-in class marketing and brand strategies to deliver customer growth and retention. You will be responsible for fulfilling our annual campaign marketing plans, with key accountability for the operational delivery of creative and bringing activations to life in line with our commercial targets.
As a Brand Manager you’ll:
- Be a brand expert, working closely with the wider team to amplify PR and online opportunities to ensure our brand DNA is powerfully and consistently communicated
- Manage end-to-end box campaigns (brief to execution), ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with brand objectives
- Facilitate idea-led sessions with the wider marketing, trading & sourcing teams to bring campaign activations to life in line with commercial goals
- Oversee the delivery of partnership marketing services, maintaining strong relationships with our partner brands
- Build brand equity by leading campaigns, championing brand vision, and measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the completion of brand reports and subscriber surveys, ensuring these are delivering actionable insights for our partners
- Lead the delivery of seasonal limited edition campaigns such aa our advent calendar, working with each marketing channel to build effective campaigns
- Ensure the fulfilment of all BAU marketing and trading assets for all sites aligned with the key campaigns, including monthly photography and artwork banners to support key trading and marketing moments

Requirements:
- Proven brand experience
- Good project management and negotiation skills
- A track record of building and delivering successful campaigns
- Able to prioritise, structure work and effectively manage time
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively convey strategies, results, and brand vision to stakeholders
- Able to problem solve
- Advantage: Previous experience/interest within the beauty industry
