Role Title: Supply Chain Planner

Summary of Position:

Responsible for the service of sales orders on time in full through the planning of raw materials and production through the manufacturing site in Luton.

Responsibilities:

To maximise, and report on, sales orders fulfilled on time (OTIF) as received from the sales team.

Collaborating with the sales team to ensure forecasting is accurate and extensive enough for us to align production capacity planning

Work closely with factory management to review performance vs. plan on a weekly basis, collaborating on any challenges that we can support through improved processes.

Maintaining and improving production efficiencies through detailed batch planning.

To provide feedback to the supply planner regarding raw material requirements and form part of the decision-making process for allocation of raw material shortages.

Requirements:

·        Strong numerical and reporting skills applied in Excel

• Ability to work independently, use initiative and maintain attention to detail
• Supply chain/commercial background
