Are you an as aspiring IT enthusiast looking to kick-start your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? We're seeking an Staff Technology Engineer  to join our Warehouse IT Support function and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of our technology infrastructure



  • Provide first-line technical support to our warehouse operational teams, troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, handheld scanners, and other IT equipment.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to deploy software updates and patches, ensuring systems are up to date and secure.
  • Monitor IT systems to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact operations.
  • Assist in managing user accounts, and coaching users on how to use and submit tickets via ServiceDesk Plus
  • Document processes, procedures, improvements, and issue resolutions.
  • Participate in occasional out of hour support and maintenance tasks.



  • 5 GCSEs A-C (9-4) or relevant certification within IT
  • Passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in an IT support role.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
