Reporting into the Snr Marketing Manger, the Senior Paid Media Executive is responsible for supporting in the planning, and execution of the overall paid media marketing strategy for the Lux sites; Coggles, The Hut, allsole & MyBag.

 

As a Senior Paid Media Executive, you’ll 

  • Support in the planning, and lead the implementation, of the overall paid media strategy
  • Deliver and report on the KPIs and targets across the paid media landscape and manage COS with support from the Snr Marketing Manger
  • Work closely with our key marketing partners to drive new strategies, enhance partnership and deliver the marketing budgets
  • Drive efficiencies in our marketing budget, focusing on paid to free balance and growth. Identify cost re-investments on existing customers and non-incremental activity.
  • Work closely with key marketing contacts across central teams to partner closely with Google, Meta and other key partners, identifying opportunities across Ad-Tech and Mar-Tech.
  • Look for innovative opportunities in new marketing avenues as well as look for opportunities to drive forward platform enhancements to position ourselves ahead of the market

 

What skills and experience do I need for this role? 

  • 2+ years’ experience in Paid Media
  • Confidence and experience managing budgets.
  • Ability to work in super-fast paced, internet environment with low structure and high autonomy.
  • A numerically-literate and detail-orientated individual.
  • First-hand experience with 3rd party platforms - SA360, Smartly preferred
  • Experience managing multiple priorities across various brands and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communicator – is able to give clarity and set direction
  • Strong commercial awareness about their industry
  • Strong knowledge of the different marketing channels
  • Ability to form good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
