Job description – Senior Influencer & Ambassador Manager

Location: Manchester (M90 3RR) - 3 Days in the office, 2 days remote

What you will be doing

• Support on the channel performance, including commercial KPI’s, budgets & Targets

  Implement and optimize Influencer strategy across the lifestyle & wellness division. 

  Be a driver behind influencer onboarding, working alongside the territory teams & central teams to ensure that influencers are vetted in line with brand guidelines. 

  Use tools including Tableau, Google Analytics, Excel & PowerPoint to analyse and report on influencer performance for internal and external stakeholders 

  Responsible for end-to-end relationship management with influencers, included but not limited to outreach, negotiation, nurturing relationships and evaluating performance  

  Negotiate and manage influencer contracts to build long term relationships with clear deliverables matching the influencers profile 

  Support on potential events and ad-hoc tasks that are related to Influencers 

  Stay on-top of social trends and platform updates for wider team's use within content output  

  Support the brand team on creative approaches to influencer campaigns and concepts that are integrated to the wider plans for the brand 

Role Requirements

• +3 years’ experience in influencer marketing and/or marketing roles
• Experience with managing a team of 6+ heads
• Proven experience in driving performance/sales through the influencer channel
• An interest in the athleisure, fitness & the health industry  
• An understanding of how influencers can play a key role in building brand awareness, affinity, content creation and driving commercial value for brands
• Knowledge of both current and emerging global platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok etc.
• An interest in the commercial aspect of influencer marketing, with proficiency in Excel and general data handling
• Strong project management skills; demonstrated ability to execute successful projects with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with managing a team & working in a team
