Senior E-Commerce Trading Executive - &

Job Description 

As the online Senior Trading Executive for MyBag & AllSole you will be supporting in managing the sites through effective planning co-ordination, support in growth strategy and driving the overall site performance.  

Main tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for delivering day to day sales and margin, planning, and forecasting targets delivered by Head of Trade. 
  • Managing the site Trading Executive across the sites and help deliver bi-annual objectives along with day to day support. 
  • Work closely with internal teams; buying, marketing, design, merchandising, IT & Customer service to support in delivering department plans and strategies. 
  • Working with Head of Trade to assist in driving growth, be it through new customers, sales, profit, conversion, or engagement. 
  • Gather data and analysis for the department’s performances against KPI’s using internal (Business Intelligence reports) and external (e.g. Google Analytics, Content Square) systems 
  • Review key lines and best-selling products to ensure every opportunity is maximised, and work in conjunction with the merchandising team to ensure that key products have good visibility and availability throughout the website 
  • Manage the delivery of the customer experience through mobile/desktop/tablet, providing the customer with engaging and relevant content and information about brands and products. 
  • Complete ownership and delivery of the campaign planners in agreement with the Head of Trade and the relevant buyer(s) to agree plans with marketing heads. 

Key Skills 

  • Computer literate in the use of Microsoft Office Systems especially Excel 
  • Minimum 1+ year running an e-commerce website
  • Experience within Google Analytics 
  • Ability to prioritise workload 
  • Innovative thinking 
  • Organised and punctual 
  • Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude 
  • Be a team player
