Why be a Senior CRM Executive at THG?
Reporting into the Snr Marketing Manager, the Senior CRM Executive will carry out the execution of the CRM strategy for the Lux sites; Coggles, The Hut, allsole & MyBag briefing and amending creative, building and scheduling emails and push app notifications to drive continued growth in sales, whilst delivering a great customer experience.
As Senior CRM Executive, you’ll:
- Work with marketing teams, trading teams and the Snr Marketing Manager to deliver bespoke channel plans based on revenue targets and business growth plans.
- Act as the key CRM point of contact for your delegated sites.
- Responsible for the briefing, building and scheduling of email marketing communications, SMS and push app notifications.
- Segmentation of the customer database using in-house CRM tools.
- A/B testing to ensure emails are optimised to the best performing setups.
- Update templates for automated and triggered email campaigns as and when required.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance, presenting findings to relevant stakeholders and identifying opportunities for improvement.
KPIs
- Support the CRM executive to achieve the monthly revenue targets and channel KPIs.
- Ensure all email communications, SMS and app notifications are delivered on time and in line with the CRM strategy.
- Ensure all CRM messaging aligns with wider brand messaging and tone of voice.
Requirements
Essential:
- At least 2 year’s CRM experience
- Time management and organisation: prioritise workload & effectively manage time to meet tight deadlines
- Team player
- Assertive and pro-active with a positive attitude
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable using Excel
- A keen eye for detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Desirable:
- Multi-channel experience and exposure (Email, SMS, App)
- Understanding of customer data and segmentation
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels other than email
- Experience with Google Analytics and/or Tableau
- Experience within the fashion retail sector
