About the Role: 

This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our entrepreneurial team and play a pivotal role in driving growth within the Irish and UK market. As the Senior Country Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Market Activation Planning: 
  • Develop and execute comprehensive market activation plans for key trading periods for Ireland, ensuring alignment with global strategies and tailoring them to the Irish and UK  market. 
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: 
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Trading and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive strategies and seamless execution across all functions. 
• Customer Journey Optimisation: 
  • Identify opportunities to enhance conversion rates and basket metrics through continuous optimisation of the online customer journey. 
• Sales and Profitability Management:  
  • Maximise sales and profitability by effectively managing the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth. 
• Marketing Optimisation: 
  • Work with the marketing team to drive incremental revenue and optimise marketing activities, ensuring campaigns are effective and ROI is maximised. 
• Customer Acquisition and Retention: 
  • Develop strategies to acquire new customers and increase customer lifetime value, leveraging local market insights and data. 
• Competitive Analysis: 
  • Monitor competitor movements and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge and adapt strategies accordingly. 
• Performance Reporting: 
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to the Regional Manager, using data to inform decision-making and drive growth. 

What skills and experience do I need for this role?

• Experience:  
  • Proven experience in ecommerce (2+ years), preferably within the health and nutrition sector, with a strong understanding of the Irish market. 
• Analytical Skills: 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 
• Creative Thinking: 
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative strategies to engage with the Irish audience. 
• Collaboration: 
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and functions. 
• Communication: 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present insights and strategies clearly and persuasively. 
• Industry Knowledge: 
  • Up-to-date knowledge of ecommerce trends, particularly within the health, fitness, and nutrition sectors.
