Why be a Senior Brand Executive at GLOSSYBOX?
The Senior Brand Executive will be instrumental in delivering brand campaigns and ensuring our identity is consistently represented across all touchpoints. This role involves close collaboration with the marketing, CRM, digital, PR, and studio teams to bring campaigns to life — from concept through to execution. You will also help manage brand partnerships, customer engagement initiatives, and creative production.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Campaigns
• Support the development and execution of the annual brand and marketing calendar.
• Manage campaign activations for product launches, seasonal moments, and partnerships.
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, assets, and customer touchpoints.
Content, Creative & Studio Collaboration
• Act as the key liaison between the brand team and in-house studio to coordinate photoshoots, video shoots, and creative production.
• Manage artwork briefs, timelines, and delivery of campaign assets across digital, social, email, packaging, and print.
• Ensure creative output meets brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Customer Engagement & Insights
• Collaborate with CRM and digital teams to deliver campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Analyse customer insights, market trends, and competitor activity to inform brand planning.
• Support influencer, PR, and social initiatives to amplify brand reach.
Partnerships & Community
• Assist in managing beauty brand and retail partnerships, ensuring seamless execution.
• Support the delivery of collaborations, events, and experiences that strengthen customer loyalty and community.
Performance & Reporting
• Track and report on campaign performance, sharing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
• Manage budgets for specific brand projects, ensuring efficiency and strong ROI.
Skills & Experience
• 3–5 years of brand/marketing experience, ideally within beauty, fashion, lifestyle, consumer subscription businesses a bonus but not essential.
• Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns from concept to completion.
• Strong experience collaborating with studio/creative teams on photoshoots, artwork, and content production.
• Excellent project management skills with an ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Creative thinker with a commercial mindset and data-driven approach.
