About the Role  

If you are a creative, solution-driven and energetic individual this could be the perfect one-of-a-kind opportunity to work with teams worldwide as Senior Brand Manager. 

You will be joining a fast-paced business and have full responsibility for the development of the brand identity and activations, engaging with multi-disciplinary teams to develop a strategy for success 

Reporting to the Brand Director. 


Brand Strategy & Identity 

  • Develop internal and external communication tools to ensure a consistent messaging is delivered 
  • Create seasonal campaigns and consumer-facing assets to guarantee brand identity is respected  
  • Develop relationship with a relevant charity  

Social & Content :  

  • Create growth and engagement across multiple channels 
  • End-to-end social media management from strategy to posting, scheduling and community management 
  • Create innovative, fresh, and engaging content to attract a new audience and start conversation 


  • Develop global activations calendar for an ‘always on’ approach 
  • Working with THG studio, lead omnichannel campaigns  

Trade Marketing 

  • Work with territories to build a strategy and create joint business plans with Partners including paid sampling opportunities 
  • Collaborate with the Digital and B2B sales teams 
  • Work with  partners counterparts to drive profitable sales  
  • Develop visual merchandising solutions 
  • Brief sampling needs  


  • Drive brand growth and awareness 
  • Deliver campaigns within agreed costs and timings 


  • Experience in brand management (5+ years)  
  • Experience in trade marketing 
  • Passion for beauty  
  • Team player 
  • Organisation and time management skills 
  • Understanding of P&L
