Hotel Security Concierge

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Hotel Security Concierge to join us at King Street Townhouse Hotel.

We are looking for a talented, passionate individual to join our team and create memorable guest experiences. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standard of professionalism in all areas of operation and carry out all duties to our world class standards.

Main Duties of the Role

  • Front line Security duties including all visitor and contractor controls
  • Operation of the front of house reception and guest services
  • To take responsibility for the presentation, cleanliness and safety of all the areas of the premises.
  • To interact with all building users, visitors and colleagues in a courteous, professional and helpful manner.
  • To ensure that any breaches of security or damage is reported to the relevant authorities.
  • Daily completion of site report, to relate repairs and issues raised by occupiers, visitors or colleagues.
  • To ensure the building frontage is kept clean and tidy.
  • To record all site issues as they arise and recording updates and job completion
  • A register of key usage, key holding and usage by contractors
  • A diary of expected visitors
  • Planned visits/permissions given to contractors.
  • Parcels and recorded deliveries.
  • Health & Safety compliance in accordance with company policy to include monthly H&S checks, weekly lift alarm tests, weekly fire alarm tests, emergency light tests.
  • All contractors must have the correct authority to carry out repairs/works before commencement.
  • Follow company / client procedure and guidelines for Health and Safety in relation to compliance
  • Ad hoc duties reasonably requested by Management
  • Requirements to regularly walk the perimeter, grounds and hallways of the hotel.
  • To liaise and support other departments within the hotel



  • SIA License
  • Valid First Aid at work certificate
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Flexibility and the ability to respond appropriately to changing situations
  • Discretion and sensitivity
  • The ability to maintain professional standards under pressure
