Sales Support Executive (UK)

Type: Full time, permanent

Location: London / Hybrid

Reports to: Senior Account and Pricing Manager, Europe

We have an excellent opportunity for a Sales Support Executive to join our global Sales Team in London. As a Sales Support Executive you will assist our Global Sales Team with quotes and sales administration primarily for our existing clients based in Europe. This is an entry level role with a clear pathway for career development in Account Management or Sales for a self-driven and motivated candidate with strong business acumen and ambition to build a career in sales.

Your role:

As a Sales Support Executive you will:

• Prepare quotes and support the sales activities of our Sales Team primarily based in London and Europe.

• Acknowledge and respond promptly to client enquiries in line with quality procedures in order to secure potential projects

• Maintain up-to-date information on CRM and internal project management system

• Assist the Sales & Accounts teams with client invoicing

• Pro-actively promote a sales and marketing ethos amongst colleagues in all functions of the company

• Cover for Account Managers when they’re out of office.

What we are looking for:

• Ability to work under pressure

• Communications skills both written and verbal to communicate clearly and efficiently with clients

• A second language, ideally German

• Strong attention to detail, well organized and efficient whilst working towards tight deadlines.

• Creative thinking with a positive, ‘can-do' attitude.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire trust and willingness to share your expertise and learn from the people around you.

• Be a dedicated and enthusiastic team member with conscientiousness in promoting the growth of THG Fluently.

• A logical thinker with a high level of computer literacy (specifically Microsoft Office) and the ability to learn new technologies and programs quickly

• Interest in languages and in the language industry
