About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and hands on person to join our growing team. This role will be reporting to the Finance Director of City A.M.

Responsibilities:

  • Raise sales invoices daily on adman, importing into Sage and sending out to customers or loading onto client portals as appropriate
  • Inputting invoices onto the purchase ledger in and accurate and timely manner.
  • Regular credit control, ensure all invoice queries are forwarded to the sales reps as appropriate and resolved in a timely fashion.
  • Assisting sales reps with booking orders onto adman.
  • Completing account application forms and ensuring all sales and purchase ledger records are kept up to date.
  • Ad hoc assistance with switchboard if office manager is unavailable.

This is a small team, so there will be other tasks that come up and a can-do attitude is essential. The expectation 

Requirements:

  • AAT level 2
  • 1 years’ experience working in an accounts environment.
  • Familiarity with Sage, and MS office suite word, excel and outlook
