About the Role:

THG is looking to recruit a Reconciliations Team Leader to work within our Cash & Banking Department. You will be responsible for managing the accurate reconciliation of all web sale orders and refunds processed on the THG platform. The Reconciliations Team Leader acts as point of reference for issues relating to payment provider data and will work closely with the subject matter experts to ensure timely and accurate reconciliations are completed.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of 6 Account Reconciliations Specialists
• Reporting to the Reconciliations Manager
• Ensuring the accurate reconciliation of over 180 client accounts are completed and reviewed monthly
• P&L adjustments to be calculated, forecasted and posted to Sage
• Completion of month end balance sheet reconciliations
• Managing the project tracker and ensuring KPI’s are met within the team
• Answering queries from divisional teams regarding transactions in their accounts
• Carrying out one to one performance reviews with the team, setting objectives and stretch targets

Requirements:

• Experience in reconciliations, multiple currencies and high volumes
• Experience in managing a team of young individuals, carrying out performance reviews etc
• Level 4 AAT or equivalent preferred but not essential
• Excel skills need to be of a good standard, i.e. pivot tables, sumifs, vlookups
• Experience using Sage or equivalent ERP system
