Overall Purpose: Manufacture and pack quality food products that are safe and legal in accordance with batch sheets, manufacturing practice and food safety regulations.
Key Accountabilities and Tasks
- Compound flavours, colours and other issued batch sheets
- Pack flavours, colours and other products per issued batch sheets
- Complete documentation clearly and accurately
- Clean sesels and equipment
- Maintain clean and safe production area and warehouse
- Ensure equipment is used safely in accordance with instructions
- Assist with stock-takes as and when required
- Bring any or incidents to the attention of MSO's or Manager
Communications
- Primarily with MSO's
- Some liaison with internal colleagues as required and instructed
- Clear and articulate verbal and written communication
Key Skills & Experience
- Numerate and literate with good communication skills
- Clean and organized in own work area
- FLT Driver
- Able to meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure
- Manual handling (using lifting equipment where appropriate)
