Role Requirements:

Working closely with the Divisional Head of People, Chief People Officer and Group People Team, provide partnership and leadership on all aspects of HR across division.

You will develop and maintain influential relationships with relevant stakeholders including senior and executive leadership teams within THG Ingenuity.

This post requires a dynamic, adaptable and resilient HR professional who can operate in a fast paced, high change environment, working with senior stakeholders and executive teams to design, implement and deliver people initiatives across the division and Group.

Requirements of Role:

  • Partnering with and influencing senior leadership teams.
  • Designing and delivering the people strategic inclusive of strategic people initiatives – ensuring this is embedded successfully.
  • Identify people issues and autonomously implement effective solutions.
  • Identify and tackle challenges with a people first approach and problem solving mindset.
  • Manipulate, interpret and utilise people data to identify issues within business area and drive forward effective solutions.
  • Passionate about continuous improvement, striving for everything we do to be the best it can be.

Employee Relations:

  • Overarching ownership for the successful end to end conclusion on ER cases, which People BP’s and Advisors will lead on.
  • Support senior leadership team with guidance throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Continuously strive for making improvements to drive forward best practice.

Engagement:

  • Design and deliver engagement plans, working with ILT to drive forward initiatives and commitments throughout the year.

People Data:

  • Provide ILT accurate monthly people reporting
  • Identify improvement in internal processes and drive change.

Senior Leadership:

  • Building strong relationships and driving forward people team credibility and relationships across your business area.
  • Part of the leadership team meetings, championing people agenda items.

Performance & Talent Management:

  • A thorough understanding of your talent base across designated business area including top talent, underperformance and KPD’s
  • Talent plans in place to drive forward development across talent base
  • Clear understanding of roles and responsibilities across business area including development paths and career plans

Remuneration:

  • Having a strong understanding of remuneration activity across your business area and meeting all required business needs in terms of pay review and bonus submissions, including any other relative activity.

People Strategy:

  • Partnering with People Director on creation and delivery of the people strategy inclusive of ownership and delivery of specific people initiatives

People Development:

  • A senior part of the people team, offering development and coaching to the wider team
