As Paid Search Lead, you’ll:
- Lead the development and execution of the paid search strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
- Utilise data-driven insights to enhance campaign performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Oversee all aspects of account management and optimisation, including campaign structure, keyword management, and ad copy testing.
- Manage and monitor daily paid search spend to guarantee optimal performance and return on investment.
- Conduct in-depth competitor research and analysis to inform and refine strategies.
- Manage and mentor the paid search team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in paid search management with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Advanced skills in Excel and data analysis, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and performance analysis.
- Exceptional communication skills for providing clear direction and fostering strong relationships.
- A self-motivated, results-driven individual with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and ownership in decision-making.
- Display/Programmatic experience and knowledge would be a plus.
