Location – Wroclaw (Office based)

Hours - Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

Contract – Permanent

 

The role: 

You will be the first point of contact across our Norwegian Customer Service platforms, supporting customers across our many brands such as Look Fantastic, My Protein, GlossyBox plus many more! You will engage with our customers in a professional, friendly manner and assist them with their product enquiries with your specialist knowledge. Depending on the division you will work on, this can range from skincare routines, make-up advise, nutritional advise and protein intakes etc. Throughout this you will also provide excellent customer service.   • Working on across multiple platforms. 
  • Work towards achievable department targets while maintaining high-level quality at each point of contact. 
  • Engaging with customers daily in a polite, professional manner. 
  • Assisting customers with all queries regarding product advise and the occasional general customer service query.  

 

Who are we looking for? 

  • Candidates with great written and verbal skills. 
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills. 
  • A professional, friendly and hard-working individual. 
  • Someone who fluently speaks Norwegian.
