Key Responsibilities 

  • Accountable for the Supply Chain functions within the merchandising team for the delivery of availability, stock and fulfilment, within the guidelines of the division 
  • Focuses on delivering the key launch and availability metrics set and agreed with the business for each global site under Myprotein business and highlighting any issues and proposed actions 
  • PO Management – raising POs within deadlines and ensuring accuracy through the season 
  • Delivery Management – working with suppliers, logistics and warehouse to ensure timely deliveries to meet launch dates 
  • Manage weekly stock and intake to department targets whilst still maximising availability to agreed targets 
  • Take part in departmental Critical Path meetings, feeding back to Merchandiser with any issues 
  • Produce range information and launch dates to share with the clothing business and wider Myprotein division 
  • Present the department at range reviews to the Senior Management covering all Merchandising metrics 
  • Maintain a can-do attitude and positive approach, especially through challenging periods, with the support of the merchandising team
