As Product Marketing Manager - Licensing, you’ll:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for licensed products, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to identify market gaps and shape product positioning and unique selling propositions.
  • Lead creative campaign development and execution, working closely with in-house marketing and creative teams to bring products to life.
  • Manage third-party relationships, upholding strong communication and collaboration with partners.
  • Monitor and report on product performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Present marketing strategies, campaign updates, and performance reviews to internal stakeholders, securing buy-in and alignment.

What skills and experience do I need for this role?

  • Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in a brand/product marketing role, with a focus on developing market strategies.
  • Proven track record in campaign and marketing channel execution, including digital marketing techniques (PPC, Email, Social, SEO, PR).
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills, with experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with a commercial approach to problem-solving and innovation.
  • Experience in product development or strategic positioning, with a deep understanding of consumer insights and market trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and adhering to timelines.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools, preferably Google Analytics, and an understanding of technical web aspects (HTML, browsers).
  • Passion for the sports, health, and wellbeing sectors, with a driver of creativity and action-oriented attitude.
