As Licensing Manager, you’ll:
- Manage key partner accounts, fostering strong and enduring relationships.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and licensors, coordinating bespoke communications and tasks.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of partners’ business strategies, objectives, and target growth markets.
- Drive the development and launch process for licensed products, collaborating closely with internal teams.
- Execute THG Nutrition's licensing strategy, ensuring alignment with New Product Development and brand teams.
- Oversee finance, royalty reporting, sales, and forecasting for partner accounts.
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
- Minimum 4 years of experience in licensing.
- Proven track record of managing high-level, global accounts, ideally within the licensing industry.
- Strong commercial mindset with exceptional negotiation skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of go-to-market strategies and marketing principles.
- Effective leadership, strategic thinking, and collaborative skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
