About the Role
Working within the Data Analytics team in Core Beauty, this is a Lead Data Analyst position that will work closely with the Merch & Supply Chain team in order to find opportunities to support growth and build efficiencies.
Experience within a Data Analyst type role is essential and ideally working within Supply Chain.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Merchandising and Supply Chain Function through the creation of actionable reporting, analysis into opportunities and threats and working with the wider teams to create solutions to improve efficiencies.
- Ownership of Merchandising and Supply Chain Reporting.
- Analysis into inefficiencies within the process.
- Work with the business area leaders to identify areas for optimisation, where appropriate working collaboratively with the business area leaders to create solutions to solve these through the use of data.

- Time saved via process automation
- Quality of insights produced
- Highlighting commercial opportunities and threats
- Proactivity in highlighting areas of insight
- Process improvements via the embedding of segmentations & models into the decision making process
Requirements:
- SQL – advanced proficiency
- Excel – advanced proficiency
- Tableau - Desirable
- Python – Desirable
- Commercial Acumen - strong
