What will I be doing?
You will be the first line of escalation on all issues that come to the team. Work with the Senior engineers and assist when needed. Learn automation system for server deployment and suggest improvements. Ensure Datacenter is looking up to company standards. Taking weekly inventory for Datacenter hardware. Availability to travel 10% to remote locations.
What would success in this role look like?
Success in this role would be that you can work with minimal supervision. Continue to learn all aspects of other teams duties to better assist them.
What skills and experience would I need?
- Attention to detail.
- Motivated to learn and improve daily tasks.
- Be a self-starter.
- Familiarity with server hardware and datacenter technologies (plus)
