The Role

The Influencer Manager will be a proactive, creative and hardworking individual who's passionate about influencer marketing and social media. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large scale influencer programmes, with the ability to create strategic and cost-effective plans, as well as experience in managing budgets, KPI’s and a team.

They will be an excellent communicator with the ability to build solid relationships both internally and externally, as well as having strong negotiation and organisational skills.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Alongside the Head of Influencer Marketing, help oversee the strategy for the US influencer programme across all beauty sites, ensuring cost efficiency is always at the forefront.
  • Manage budgets, relationships and campaign performance
  • Oversee a team of execs, helping to develop their skills whilst offering sufficient support and direction in order to hit monthly KPIs and channel targets
  • Build creative campaign ideas to increase global brand awareness and grow the various programmes across the US
  • Use tools including Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau amongst others to analyse and report on programme performance.
  • Liaise with Content, Social, Campaign and Digital teams to execute 360 marketing campaigns and amplify influencer coverage.
  • Liaise with Trade and Buying teams to ensure influencer channel at the forefront of all offers and exclusives
  • Create presentations and KPI reports for wider business on Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly basis.


  • A genuine interest in Influencer Marketing and an ambition to be at the forefront of this exciting area of digital marketing.
  • Experience in managing influencer campaigns with a wide range of objectives and KPIs.
  • An understanding of how influencers and wider community can play a key role in building brand awareness, affinity, content creation and driving commercial value.
  • Knowledge of both current and emerging global platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Blogs, etc.
  • Experience working with a wide range of influencers from micro to macro tiers.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
  • A proactive self-starter with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Experience working with US influencers is a bonus.
