We are now embarking on the exciting adventure of opening our Flagship LOOKFANTASTIC store, based in the heart of Altrincham. A destination for experiencing Beauty in a way like no other! 

 

Role Overview 

The Hair Stylist will be based in our LF store, providing services from Scalp Diagnosis to sWet Blow Drys. It is the responsibility of the stylist to provide world class customer service to every single customer. Keeping exceptional customer experience at the forefront of everything, the Stylist will tailor each consultation to their customer, providing an enjoyable and natural service going above and beyond at all opportunities.

The salon services offered in the salon will be using only Color Wow products and GHD tools.

 

Service

  • Provides world class level of customer service and product knowledge to all customers at all times.
  • Provides professional and enjoyable consultations to all customers, giving personalised, expert advice
  • Build customer relationships using CRM to ensure all customers receive a tailored shopping experience
  • The Stylist and will work to keep a high occupancy level in the salon by inviting all customers back for their next appointment
  • Create a warm and welcome environment for all customers with a seamless customer journey from the initial welcome to the end of the transaction.
  • Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner and ensure customer satisfaction is always at the top of their priority list
  • Support and be involved in events internally and externally

Sales

  • Achieve personal set goals and KPI’s
  • Advise and sell haircare product throughout salon services
  • Confidence in rebooking the next appointment for the customer on the spot
  • Drive service, sales, loyalty and appointments with customers
  • Work within the retail space when necessary

Operational Excellence

  • Always a positive, professional and dynamic team member.
  • Ensure perfect salon standards including top hygiene standards in all areas.
  • Operating and managing your own calendar and bookings, working towards 100% occupancy
  • Assist in the update and maintain VM of all brands

 

Experience/Skills: 

  • Hairdressing qualification, NVQ level 2 as a minimum
  • Salon experience essential
  • Confident in using hot styling tools
  • Ability to blow dry hair, wet and dry, to a high standard and in good time
  • Strong passion and knowledge for salon hair care and customer service essential
  • An ‘always on’ approach when at work.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Full availability including weekends and bank holidays is imperative
