About this role:  

The Global Process Analyst is a hands-on technical support role within our People, Systems & Reporting Team. With solid experience with people systems and technology, this position is instrumental in supporting the efficiency and accuracy of our HCM Solution ensuring that we consistently deliver to high standards supporting the existing systems and unlocking the potential of the Oracle Cloud Apps `suite to meet business needs. 

 

Accountabilities: 

  • Accountable for the end-to-end people services process ownership 
  • Ensure processes are as efficient as possible and leverage technology  
  • Facilitate discussions on complex topics, collaborate and drive toward solutions 
  • Participate in escalation discussions and apply problem solving to support resolution 
  • Accountable for the vetting and prioritisation of all change requests that impact processes, including those derived from system enhancements 
  • Accountable for design / solutions for system enhancements that impact global processes 
  • Provides analysis and input into design / solution discussions 
  • Produce and keep process documentation and best practices up to date 
  • Responsible for updating documentation (SOPs, DTPs, Customer Journeys, Process Maps)  
  • Accountable for training needs / materials with learning teams on process and system changes 
  • Completes change impact assessment, readiness assessments and any process specific communications prior to any enhancements 
  • Prepare and deliver functional / technical workshops to engage with business stakeholders in requirements gathering  
  • Create appropriate documentation such as requirements, detailed analysis, technical documentation, or user guides. 
  • Develop and implement test plans for new functionality 
  • Support existing and future business needs and manage enhancements  
  • Own and manage integration requirements to downstream systems 

 

Skills/Experience: 

  • Innovative and idea generating 
  • Transformation / continuous improvement / GPO experience 
  • Oracle HCM experience 
  • Knowledge of HR and payroll processes (e.g. onboarding, core HR, recruitment, talent etc) 
  • Business Analysis and problem solver experience 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities 
  • Accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Influential partner with stakeholders 

 
Desirable 

  • Developed end to end HR processes across complex organisations 
  • Systems Implementation Experience
