THG Ingenuity:
THG Ingenuity is THG’s proprietary, end-to-end technology and operating platform that has enabled the group to successfully build and scale its own global, direct to consumer (“DTC”) brands, including market leaders Myprotein and Lookfantastic. The platform now powers the ongoing growth of THG’s own brands and services a growing portfolio of leading brands, international FMCGs and blue-chip retailers, including Nestle, Procter & Gamble, Walgreens Boots Alliance, Johnson & Johnson and Nintendo.
The Role:
You’ll be joining the team at a very exciting time for the business as we grow from strength to strength. Be prepared to work in a busy and vibrant team. The successful candidate will be one with strong interpersonal skills and a can-do, solutions driven approach.
At THG Ingenuity, the events team deliver a wider breath of events. From online webinars and external exhibitions to large-scale conferences – no day is ever the same!
Some key responsibilities will be:
- Supporting the planning and delivery of webinars and small events
- Working with internal and external suppliers to book event spaces, order catering, support on logistical event asks
- Managing online registration & event management platforms (Zoho Backstage)
- Liaising with the wider marketing, CRM and digital teams to support in the delivery of a wider events strategy
- Supporting the Event Manager to create and maintain streamlined event processes and systems
- Maintaining event records and contributing to monthly/quarterly reporting
- Briefing in designed artwork/assets for printed or digital use
Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar event focused role, with experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent team player with proactive, can-do attitude
- The ability to demonstrate exceptional organisational, work load prioritisation and time management skills - with great attention to detail
- Proficient verbal, listening and written communication skills – experience in writing and proof-reading copy for various outlets (highly desirable)
- Experience working with external suppliers and service providers
- Good IT skills using programmes including: MS Office and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of best-practices and market trends which could enhance our events/ training
