About The Role

The Ecommerce Assistant will assist in monitoring and improving performance to deliver annual sales and profit budgets, aligned with the growth strategy and brand identity of the assigned US beauty website. Reporting to the Ecommerce Director, based in NYC.


Main Responsibilities

  • Updating website with current activity to drive improvements in AOV and Conversion
  • Daily reporting on KPI performance specifically: conversion rates, average order values, revenue, traffic to site and gross profit levels.
  • Working with the other members of the team to help plan online activities and campaigns. Effectively bringing pages to life via site merchandising and product elevations.
  • Optimizing the customer onsite journey from landing on the website to checkout, and all funnels in between.
  • Self-Driven improvements to the website to optimize performance through THG data sources.
  • Working closely with the performance marketing team to create the best offers and targeting by channel. (including email, affiliate, and PPC)
  • Support any collaborations with Buying, Supply Chain, Brand and Customer Services teams in driving improvements.
  • Working closely with commercial marketing to deliver onsite brand campaigns.
  • Working closely with the Campaign Manager and Brand Marketing team to ensure all necessary creative assets for site fits with brand’s guidelines, are ready for use, and contributing ideas for future events.
  • Awareness of competitor offers and pricing in line with our own current trading plans.
  • Supporting any projects as required by line manager.

  • $60,000 - $65,000 per annum
  • Hybrid work Schedule: 3 days in office 2 day WFH
