Purpose of Role:  

Develop, implement, and drive effective sales strategies, leading nationwide Business Managers to achieve sales targets as set by the Managing Director.  

By establishing productive and professional relationships across all Key Accounts, you will supervise the sales team and support in the building of long-term client relationships, utilising your own creativity and thorough knowledge of the industry, you will promote long term, stable business growth, and provide innovative ideas for new business.  

As the Senior Face of the Brand in the field, you will have a direct and impactful relationship with all ‘Key’ accounts, ensuring an agreed calendar of meetings. 

With a balanced mixture of field based and Head Office presence you will build on both external and internal relationships supporting in the wider understanding and knowledge of the Spa Business, its mechanics, and levers for maintained growth. 


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies as set out by the Global THG Brand Teams and as directed by the Managing Director. 

  • Lead nationwide business management team members to achieve sales budgets across both new and continued business. 

  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in Top 20 Key Accounts across the U.K  

  • Negotiate and close agreements with new top tier customers.  

  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.  

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.  

  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities in partnership with the New Business Manager and in guidance with the direction set by brand.  

  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs taking the lead on internal project such as Loyalty Schemes or Portal programs.  

  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency sharing knowledge of previous launches and campaigns.  

  • Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.  

  • Support the marketing delivery of tools and follow through on NPD execution.  

  •  Work with cross-functional departments to develop and reinforce KPIs and continuously communicate opportunities for hero’s and big bets. 

  •  Identify and prioritize learning needs of specific therapist employee segments to create training solutions to enhance brand and product passion and ultimately product sell through.
