About the Role 

Customer Relationship Management is the process of managing interactions with existing and prospective customers during a sales process. Interactions are commonly through email, SMS and app push notifications. Through these interactions, you will be able to understand more about the customers and their behaviours. You will be joining a highly driven CRM team that is always forward-thinking and motivated to drive channel excellencies and best in class end-to-end customer experiences. 


  • Day-to-day management of CRM execution for a portfolio of global clients
  • Develop a testing strategy to identify how to get optimum email results for said accounts.
  • You will work with the wider CRM team to implement email strategy across accounts that will look to engage customers across varying stages of their journey. 
  • You will maintain relationships with our established clients and have responsibility in the production and assistance of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and face to face calls. 
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance, presenting findings to relevant stakeholders and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Segmentation of the customer database using in-house CRM tools.
  • A/B testing to ensure emails are optimised to the best performing setups.
  • Identify opportunities and implement triggered email campaigns (customer journeys) and update when required.
  • Support the wider CRM team to achieve the monthly revenue targets and channel KPIs.
  • Be a champion for CRM in the business.


  • 1 years’ CRM experience
  • Degree level qualification in marketing desired but not essential
  • Experience in creating email campaigns
  • Experience in understanding data and building segments of customers
  • An ability to adapt and take on new responsibilities
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
