- Overall responsibility and management of Myprotein Poland– including product reviews and product content.
- Monitor, analyse and report on performance.
- Management of all touch points to optimize key site metrics including profits, conversion rate, bounce rate, basket value- and mix, traffic (new and returning) etc.
- Using analytics and our in-house reporting platform to gain a strong understanding of the customer journey to optimise sales, and measure- and improve performance.
- Develop and shape the strategy for the Myprotein Poland site.
- Working closely with the digital marketing team to identify new and innovative ways to drive traffic to the brands websites as well as developing and improving traffic from existing channels, at the optimal cost.
- Identifying new and innovative ways to drive traffic to the Polish website as well as developing and improving traffic from existing channels.
- Price products to optimize growth and profit margins.
- Plan, forecast, and execute onsite- and marketing channel promotions and activities to ensure sales- and profit targets are met. This includes major campaigns, collaborations and partnerships.
- Work in synergy with the rest of the Myprotein team to identify new growth opportunities and ways in which to improve our brand reputation and presence.
- Top level graduate with a strong academic track record (marketing degree preferred)
- Polish Language skills to native level both written and verbal
- Strong interest in Digital marketing channels and e-commerce
- Interest in the fitness/wellbeing/nutrition market
- Proven communication and influencing skills
- Commercially astute, ambitious and highly intelligent individuals who are hungry for success and genuine responsibility
- Entrepreneurial thinkers are welcome - those able to think outside the box best suited to a true 'start-up', agile environment with early responsibility for key decision making.
