About The Role

The Brand Campaign Associate, Dermstore will support the brand marketing campaign team and overall creative/content requests to help drive consumer engagement, brand equity, awareness and ultimately conversion. The role will report into the Senior Brand & Campaign Manager, the VP, Brand Marketing & Communications and cross-functional/creative partners on all things marketing/campaign!

This role is a key support to the marketing and content strategy, creative development process and overall project management of total marketing campaigns.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Main point of contact for all US marketing campaigns supporting Senior Brand & Campaign Manager & VP, Brand Marketing & Communications
  • Ownership of US Marketing Campaign Planning Calendar and rollout of scheduling key campaign kickoffs, check ins & final planning meetings with cross-fuctional partners and senior leadership
  • Assist Senior Brand & Campaign Manager with project management of assigned campaigns from strategy through execution with a focus on communication, alignment, asset delivery and post-campaign recapping
  • Own BAU projects as well as unique monthly marketing campaigns – including quarterly Beauty Bag/Box and BeautyFix assets
  • Manage the full project life cycle of monthly Shot Lists + Sample trafficking for all US Beauty shoots
  • Support Senior Brand & Campaign Manager on daily communication and partnership with UK Creative Studio, Buying, and Marketing teams to ensure photo shoot & sample deadlines are communicated, followed up on & adhered to
  • Help Senior Brand & Campaign Manager manage the planning calendar and creative checkpoints with studios; keep Senior Brand & Campaign Manager on-track to hit key feedback and asset review deadlines
  • Ensure all photoshoot samples are accounted for in advance of the deadline and that the appropriate skus are shot each month
  • Take a proactive approach to inform teams on new and relevant trends in digital, creative, marketing, strategy and ecommerce
  • Own key inputs to yearly and monthly campaigns from strategy to briefing, planning, and executing
  • Assist with execution of cohesive campaigns delivered on time, in full
  • Analyze monthly campaigns for Dermstore, SkinStore & LOOKFANTASTIC, identifying key insights
  • Ability to analyze competitor's campaigns to understand areas of opportunity and white-space
  • Working closely with the THG Studios to ensure global asset development is aligned with the US market.
  • Additional tasks or requests as needed due to the need of the business and market. 


  • Degree from top tier institution (Preferred)
  • Minimum 1+ Years in a brand/content/marketing position
  • Experience in beauty, consumer goods, luxury or fashion preferred
  • Understanding of campaign metrics & reporting
  • Previous experience in supporting larger marketing & cross-functional teams
  • Creative and able to drive innovation
  • Can work in fast-paced, internet environment with low structure and high autonomy
  • Must demonstrate strong organization, attention to detail and deadline management skills

  • $70,000 - $75,000 per annum
