About The Role

Reporting into the Senior Brand Manager, we are looking for a creative, ambitious Brand Manager to work on developing the Myvegan brand (sold both on Myvegan & Myprotein) from leading campaigns to launching new products and everything in between.

Responsibilities

- Management of direct brand reports.

- Responsible for the Myvegan brand strategy & growth opportunities with support of the Senior Brand Manager, conducting competitor and market research where relevant to drive decisions making.

- Responsible for developing Myvegan brand guidelines & ensuring adherence across all marketing touchpoints.

- Responsible for overarching brand calendar, campaigns & new product launches with end-to-end project management across each.

- Brand health & campaign analysis to drive commercial decisions.

- Driving innovative and creative brand ideas throughout brand plans, project & activations.

- Management of key brand partnerships, events and brand experiences in line with brand calendar and strategy.

- Brand process management ensuring efficiencies are made to allow wider focus on brand growth projects over BAU for yourself & the team.

- Manage close relationships with all paid & organic marketing channels, Ecommerce, Customer Services, Packaging, Studios, Supply Chain teams & externals where required.

- Brand approval on all brand comms across PR, social, content, ECRM.

- Management of marketing budget

Requirements

· 2-3 years’ relevant experience in brand marketing and campaign management

· Previous work experience in FMCG marketing is preferred

· A real creative flair!

· Strong verbal and written communications skills with ability to manage internal and external relationships to drive desirable results

· Resourceful, result oriented with ability to work under pressure and multi-task

· Strong project management skill, capable of taking ownership of campaign projects and see through completion

 

Required Demonstratable Skills:

· Strong communication skills – experience communicating with stakeholders across a business & managing a team.

· Energetic and driven attitude to work – autonomous work ethic and driven to push projects over the line.

· Highly organised – this role will involve managing multiple projects at once

· Creatively-minded - you understand how important storytelling is to build a brand, and you know how to think outside the box.

· Strategic brand skills - experience taking research and data and turning them into insights to lead brand development and creative brief
