About the role  

THG Ingenuity has achieved material sales growth in the last 4 years and has reached a pivotal place in its growth journey, looking outwards to new markets (US) with the ambition to capitalise on its full suite of solutions with distinct, but complementary go-to-market plans for each. 


What will I be doing?  

With this clear vision in mind, the newly appointed B2B Marketing Manager will:  

  • Own the central marketing campaign plan for their brand(s) and act as the guardian for all brand messaging and activity ensuring this is localised for target markets  
  • Own the ongoing development of the brand’s website, collaborating with leads to deliver the correct CRO goals and the showcase of our proposition and content resources as effectively as possible  
  • Collaborate with the Ingenuity strategy team, using their insights and recommendations to define and evolve the content plan and how this transcends the customer funnel (awareness, consideration & conversion) 
  • Collaborate with wider business subject matter experts / product owners to produce hero content as part of campaign agenda, ensuring their direct report across content / SEO and social further maximises this  
  • Collaborate with the channel activation leads to coordinate and amplify content and campaigns to deliver maximum impact across the key markets  
  • Own the campaign sponsorship plan, identifying key partners to collaborate with us on campaigns to ensure activity is funded / driving profit and we’re maximising campaign reach through partner channels  
  • Own the product marketing agenda for your brand to support Customer Success to deliver organic growth revenue across existing clients  
  • Own the marketing budget for your brand, closely managing and optimising this for maximum ROI  
  • Be accountable for overall marketing performance for their brand ensuring there is a strong working relationship with marketing operations to deliver the correct lead flows and ROI reporting  


The top line KPIs for this role will include:  

  • Number of MQLs which convert to a valid SQL for their brand  
  • % of won business that is marketing generated  
  • % of business that is marketing influenced  
  • % of organic growth revenue generated from a product marketing campaign’s influence 


What skills do I need?  

To deliver successfully upon these KPIs, this role will successfully:  

  • Deliver campaigns and content optimised for the full customer funnel, catered to prospects at different stages of their buying journey, driving clear engagement in market  
  • Sufficiently grow your brand’s awareness levels in market and level up brand consideration and conversion through growing credibility and relevancy in market  
  • Support marketing activation leads to deliver channel excellence, ensuring a coordinated effort across all teams  
  • Be able to clearly demonstrate the ROI from marketing activities, ensuring the correct lead flows and reporting to deliver against this  


To succeed in role you will be skilled in: 

  • General marketing management (establishing the direction, creative ideas & management of channels to deliver)  
  • Campaign planning & management  
  • Copy generation (overseeing efforts of copy & SEO specialists) 
  • Performance analytics to demonstrate the clear ROI of your plans  
  • Team management
